Unit 6 Games – Handball
Unit 6 Games -football
The Year Twos are currently learning the skills and tactics of football. They will use the skills learnt in PMP and PE when playing modified games.

Thanks to all the parents who have helped run this programme this year. Your help is greatly appreciated. A focus for this term has been on how to improve their memory, football skills and spatial awareness.
Unit 6 Playground Games
The Year Threes are currently learning and playing a variety of playground games to enhance their fundamental skills. They will will play games that will work on fitness, kicking, striking and evading skills.
Unit 6 Games – Hockey
Unit 6 Health Related Fitness
The Year Fours have started a unit on health related fitness. This unit is linked to their class unit on digital technology. The focus will be on how digital technology can help us (and hinder us) improve our fitness. They will need to keep a fitness blog.
Unit 6 Individual Pursuits -swimming
With their class teachers and coaches from ESF they will start their swimming programme in June. Please read the letter carefully and make sure all the items that are needed are packed the night before. The lessons will focus on stroke development.
Unit 6 -Playground Games
The Year 5 have started a unit on playground games. The focus will be on how to use tactics to beat an opposing team or player.

Unit 6 Invasion Games
In this unit the focus will be on sports. They will play a variety of sports that they have learnt during their six years of Beacon Hill. There will be a focus on leadership and team work.
Unit 6 Movement Composition Dance
With their class teachers they will be looking at how dance can be a part of a production. They will look at choreography and how to to tell a story through dance.
Well done to Natalee (6H) for being named Best and Fairest at the Kukris Rugby prize giving. This is the fourth year in a row winning this award. A fantastic achievement.
Well done to Mia (5Y) who was a member of the ESF Lions team that won the HK Soccer Sevens U12 competition.
Congratulations to Nathelie (4W) who placed 12th in the trampoline event at the Sportscene Gymnastics Competition.
Congratulations to Hena (4F) and Janice (6D) for their fantastic results at the Sportscene Gymnastics competition.
