Oct 7 – Yr6 to History Museum

Year 6 had lots of fun exploring the Hong Kong Museum of History on Wednesday. Looking at all of the interesting exhibits and reading about Hong Kong’s past helped the students tune in to their new unit of inquiry and gave them inspiration for the historical fiction stories they will be writing. Highlights for the students included watching films about the development of Hong Kong, visiting an old Hong Kong bank and seeing what an old Hakka house looked like.
