May 5 – Yr6 Action Week

Last week was an action packed week for our Year 6 students as they carried out their Exhibition action. This year the whole school was involved by taking part in various different action activities that the Year 6 students had organised. Some of the activities included:

• a Helper appreciation tea, which made us all think about how indispensible our helpers can be.
• Bake Sale which raised around  $3,000 to buy food for those who don’t have enough to eat.
• our own mini Dialogue in the Dark.
• a presentation about cyber bullying with tip cards to help children to know what to do if they are cyber bullied.

Congratulations to all the Exhibition groups. Also a big “Thank You” to those teachers and parents who have been so supportive.
